This tech stack will get your shared space up and running in 1 weekend
This is the same exact tech stack I used when I first started my shared space
Launching a shared space doesn’t have to take months or cost thousands in software. If you’ve got the space ready with the setup for your MVP, this lean tech stack will help you go from “just signed the lease” to “open for business” in one weekend.
1. Website (No-Code)
Use Squarespace or Wix to create a clean, mobile-friendly website with:
Photos of your space
A clear value prop (what you offer, who it’s for)
Pricing for your different services or products
Contact form or booking link
2. Bookings, Subscriptions, and Payments
You’d want a way to manage your products/services and a way to collect payment right off the bat. You can use a combination of various tools like:
Stripe: To manage subscriptions and collect payment
Jotform: To manage forms for collection user’s information
3. Access Control (Optional but Ideal)
If you want to offer unattended or 24/7 access (recommended if allowed), consider smart locks like:
COLOCK - All in one solution for shared space and access management
KISI - cloud access management solution
4. Communication + CRM
Keep it simple with:
Gmail + canned responses
Google Sheets to track leads
Slack or Discord if you want to build a member community
